Let’s clarify something…

For today and all days going forward, please be sure to enter your scores in WODIFY correctly.  Things normally look like this…

Skill/Strength/Warm-Up
Conditioning
Conditioning

The top sections means that we have a skill or a strength portion or some kind of specific warm up before the workout.  This is the absolute norm unless we have a particularly long workout that day or it’s the weekend.  For that section, unless it is an actual repeatable strength, you should always post NOTHING.  The first level of conditioning will always be the L1 workout and the second level of conditioning will always be the L2 workout.  Furthermore, if you L1 do’ers are looking for an additional pat on the back, sometimes you will be able to mark your score as completed heavier than the recommended weight.  Look for the R+ button as you enter your score in case this applies to you.  I have one last thing to pick on, but we will save that for another day.  In the mean time, post correctly!  It serves you no purpose to workout like a boss, but record it incorrectly!
